Highlight - chelmico
ラップユニット、chelmicoから発表された作品「EP」から、リード曲「Highlight」のミュージックビデオを制作。映像の内容をアーティストと話し合う中で、メンバーのRachelが一度も海外に行ったことがないので、せっかくなら海外に行きたいという話があがる。そこで、監督の同僚ディレクター「いしいこうた」がタイに3年の在住経験があったため、彼にロケーションコーディネーターをお願いし、バンコクの各地を回って撮影することになった。3日間のあいだ朝から夜までびっちり撮影し、クタクタになって4人でお酒を飲みながら二日酔いでタイの映像を撮りまくった若さ溢れる映像になった。
Produced the music video for "Highlight," the lead track from rap unit chelmico's release 'EP.' While discussing the video's concept with the artists, it came up that member Rachel had never been abroad and wanted to take the opportunity to go overseas. Fellow director Kota Ishii had lived in Thailand for three years, so he was brought on as location coordinator, and the team set out to shoot across various spots in Bangkok. Over three packed days of filming from morning to night — the result is a youthful video born from four people drinking, getting hungover, and shooting their way through Thailand with reckless energy.
